It has been built in 1903 in neoclassical style, restored in 996, provides 5 bedrooms and has a spacey yard and a panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. It's a three-storey villa of 230 m2, can accommodate up to 11 persons and provides:
-On the ground floor, a living room that has a fire place and a piano antique, a dinning room, a spacey fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, two bathrooms one with whirlpool bathtub 1.55x 1.55m and the other with hydro-massage, home-spa shower cabin and one master bedroom.
-On the first floor, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and one gym- room.
-On an independent building with separate entrance there is a double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
-In the outside area there is a large swimming pool as well as a smaller one for children. In addition to this there are large verandas, a garden around the pool a barbeque and private parking. The villa has total privacy and is open all over the year.
All necessary shops, taverns, cafenions, mini-markets, gift shops rent a car can be found in the village Kamilari, while a wider choice is offered in Matalla, Mires, Tympaki, small towns close to Kamilari.
