For our part we have had the large roof terrace "landscaped" into a private outdoor living space with raised beds for planting, kitchen unit (sink and fridge), sunbathing area with sun beds, lounge area with comfy chairs and coffee table and dining area. Large sunshades provide shade in the daytime and there are lights and candles for the evenings. There are now 3 pools including toddler area and we have added more outdoor furniture for 2013 so you can relax in comfort by the pool.
Sleeps max 6 in Double Room (with ensuite), Twin room and sofa bed. there is a private roof terrace with sunbathing area, dining area with table and chairs, sofas and fridge. The open plan kitchen area has everything you need for cooking including microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and kitchenware.
Our Family home in Crete is newly built to exacting environmental standards using local materials in a sympathetic Cretan style. Villa 10 accommodates up to 6 people in 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower, 1 twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. It is air conditioned and has a solid fuel fire for the winter period. It offers easy access from the car park and is adjacent to the pool. The large private roof terrace is a great vantage point to watch the pool or the setting sun and has panoramic views to the sea and the mountains.
The mordern Kitchen has all you need for dining for 6 including a dishwasher to give you more time to relax. The shady poolside patio is ideal for entertaining with table and chairs under the pergola.

An LCD HD TV and DVD player are provided with internet access and English cable TV channels Kitchen/dining/living spaces are open plan and lead onto the poolside patio with pergola for shade.
