Prina is a small beautiful village which is located 17 km south from Agios Nikolaos. This lovely village is the perfect choice for your holidays, away from the city center, ideal to relax, just a short drive away from Agios Nikolaos where modern amenities and fine sandy beaches are available. Emmanuel Villa is a beautiful stone-built villa with 2 bedrooms, capable of accommodating 4-6 guests. The villa is built in maisonette style and placed on the lower side of the main road. The stone-built villa is tastefully decorated with total respect to traditional principles and fully-equipped with modern amenities in order to satisfy all your needs. On the ground floor, there is an open plan living room with fireplace, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. One double and one twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom with hand-made bathtub, are offered on the upper floor. Big balconies with stunning views of the countryside are provided. Air-condition, satellite television, DVD player, safety deposit box, kitchen, big refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, mixer, cooking utensils, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available in the villa. Private parking is provided too. A private swimming pool (120sqm) with sun loungers, straw umbrellas and patio furniture, which are surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn and local trees, create a perfect place to relax. Guests will find small local cafes and traditional taverns only 50m far, in the center of the village, while the nearest sandy beach of Istron village is 7 km away. Istro is an amazing beach with soft golden sand, well-organized with umbrellas and protected from strong winds, just 12 km away from Agios Nikolaos.
