It has 4 bedrooms with sleeps up to 8 people and 2 bathrooms. The villa of 120 m² is suitable to enjoy your trip. Self-catering meals are ideal to stay with your family or a group of friends. The Villa is located in the department of the Messenia, geographically the most southwestern “department” on the Peloponnesus peninsula, in between Kamaria and Evangelismos village. In the vicinity of the Villa, within about 5 kilometres and within 5 minutes traveling by car, you will find the sea, the beach and a scenic sea-side village by the name of Finikounda. The Villa was build back in 2007, on a plot of land of approximately 3000 m², in quiet surroundings. It offers privacy, and an unimpeded view of the sea and islands close to the shore. The Villa has three floors that total 120 m², and two covered balconies that total 30 m². In addition there are two outdoor terraces. The villa and its interieur furnishings looks like new. In January of 2011, the Villa became our possession. It is mainly intended for our own use and thus has been furnished to high standards. As such, our Villa sets itself apart from typical ‘holiday’ homes. Whenever the Villa is not used by us, it will be available for rent to those who value privacy, tranquillity, beautiful beaches, Greek cultural heritage and surroundings that have not been spoiled by mass tourism. In addition, for those who enjoy playing golf, two luxurious golf courses have been build close the town of Pylos, approximately 30 minutes away by car. And if you like shopping you can visit the “medium sized” city of Kalamata.
