They are independent, fully furnished, with two bedrooms for 4 to 5 people,a kitchen and a bathroom . Every bedroom has got air-conditioned . (Tv, Wi-Fi).
The terraces have panoramic view to the sea. There is space for children to play in the garden. Parking next to the villa .
The enviroment is heavenly , surrounded by oleander, eucalyptus, lemon trees and olive trees.The chirping of birds and crickets will keep you company throughout your holiday !

The villas have direct access to the sea (50m walking). The sandy beach of 'peroulia' giving you the opportunity for peaceful and relaxing holidays.'Peroulia' is (1km !) sandy beach with crystal blue sea, not deep and without waves. Ideal for children.
The beach is free .You can bring your own sun loungers and parasols or you can rent sun beds and umbrellas.
Enjoy swimming in the warm sea, sunbathing and walks on the beach on the edge of the wave looking for shells.
The weather in spring is ideal for sports such as jogging and walking paths, crossing with blooming flowers. Summer is hot but the sea gives dew in the atmosphere. Until September, October you can comfortably swim in the sea .
There is a Bbq. Some summer evenings we like to barbecue souvlakia and steak and eat with all the vistors together , on the large paved courtyard . It is an opportunity for all guests to mingle and kids to make friends and play. Near operates a restaurant with delicious greek cuisine.
There is a small reception on the premies for anything you need ,I will be there to your disposal.
We are open April through to October.
