Other Charges Terms & Conditions All prices include all taxes, VAT, service fees, power consumption and hot-water consumption, air-conditioning, heating, cleaning, change of linen twice a week and towels every second day, free use of beach umbrellas and sunloungers at the pool. The quoted prices are in EUR (€) and are valid for the minimum occupancy of one unit per overnight stay (without breakfast) For an additional occupancy - according to holiday apartment type - we calculate per additional bed a fee of 10.00 €. Children up to 3 years are free in the parent`s room. We also offer, at a surcharge of 7.- € per person, an extensive continental breakfast with fresh coffee or tea, rolls, homemade jam, traditional honey etc. For a stay shorter than 2 nights the prices increase by 10%. During the Greek holidays and Bank holidays the higher season will be charged.
