This comfortable two-level apartment with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms is located on the 1st floor. The first level (78 square metres) includes the living room with an extendable sofa for 2 persons, table and chairs as well as the kitchen equipped with electric cooker, oven, extractor hood, large refrigerator with freezer and coffeemaker. On this level there are a second bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, highboard with mirror, and TV. The marble-tiled bathroom has a shower, WC and a wash basin with a large mirror.
From the living room and the bedroom you have access to the large sheltered veranda where you have a lovely view of the swimming pool and the green scenery. In the gallery on the upper level (attic) there is another little seating area (sofa for two persons), a bedroom with double bed or two single beds and a second bathroom. All rooms are equipped with TV and air-conditioning and heating.

Booking conditions: For making your reservation valid, we require a deposit of 30% transfered to our bank account. Alternatively, we recommend you check the current availability via our on-line reservation and to carry out your booking by credit card (visas, Mastercard...).
Terms & Conditions All prices include all taxes, VAT, service fees, power consumption and hot-water consumption, air-conditioning, heating, cleaning, change of linen twice a week and towels every second day, free use of beach umbrellas and sunloungers at the pool. The quoted prices are in EUR (€) and are valid for the minimum occupancy of one unit per overnight stay (without breakfast) For an additional occupancy - according to holiday apartment type - we calculate per additional bed a fee of 10.00 €. Children up to 3 years are free in the parent`s room. We also offer, at a surcharge of 7.- € per person, an extensive continental breakfast with fresh coffee or tea, rolls, homemade jam, traditional honey etc. For a stay shorter than 2 nights the prices increase by 10%. During the Greek holidays and Bank holidays the higher season will be charged.
All rates are calculated for 4 person occupancy. An additional fee of 10 euros is charged for each additional person during all seasons with the exception of the High season, where the additional charge is 15 euros for each additional person.
