New construction, ended end 2010, builded on the top of the hill, in a tiny village called Drosopigi, with less than 50 inhabitants. Shelf- controlled heating and cooling system from ecological source (geothermie), supplying also hot water, with no use of petrol and no emission of CO2. Xeric garden needs limited water collected from the winter rains. There is parking place outside the house and the house can accomodate from 2-6 people or a family. The House of 65m2 includes: one master bedroom with internal bathroom with jacucci , a living room with fully equipped kitchen , fireplace, dinner table and 2 single sofa-beds, a seperate guest bathroom with shower, and a veranda of 16m2, with seaview and sitting dinner table.
