Best Family holiday Ever
From the moment of our arrival we was welcomed with kindness and hospitality. Making the trip from Manchester traveling with young children and especially a toddler can be hard work keeping them entertained, challenging, and exhausting as any one with small children will know all too well. we arrived in the afternoon having been up since 2 in the morning so as you can imagine everyone one was tired and ready to relax. It dawned on me though that we would have to go shopping once we arrived to do a food shop etc which I'll be honest was the last thing I wanted to do after the long tiring trip. To my surprise and a very nice surprise it was Maria (Nikos Mother) had prepared us a fresh home cooked meal which I would call are equivalent to lasagna with Mediterranean salad and home-baked bread. We was now able to relax from the moment we arrived and enjoy a family meal together. Though a small gesture of kindness from Maria and Nikos it made a massive difference to us at the time. After dinner we took our time to unpack and familiarise ourselves with what would be home for the next two weeks. Nikos kindly offered to take us shopping to the local supermarket which again relieved us of any stresses having to deal with taxi's as we decided not to hire a car. Through the duration of our stay our every need, and I mean are every need was taking care of on a daily basis. The cleaner would come in every single morning like clockwork and clean the entire house, Pool, jacuzzi the entire grounds daily to the highest of standards. Most days we would cook using the BBQ and every day it would be cleaned out ready to use again, we really did not have to lift a finger or worry about anything. Nikos was constantly at hand to ensure we had everything we needed. Nikos provided us with all the local places to visit like the water parks for the children, excursions and local sights and attractions as well as restaurants tried and tested by Nikos himself. There was one occasion on a Sunday night we had planned to have spaghetti Bolognese for tea but turned out we had let the mince meat run out of date. It was late into the Sunday evening and the local supermarket was closed. I called Nikos and he told me not to worry about anything he will take care of it. Fresh homemade pizzas and desserts were delivered problem solved. For us this was the first time we had ever stayed at a villa. Usually we would stay at one of your your big chain all-inclusive resorts what I would now refer to as stress centers. There is no personal touch you're just a number and nobody really cares. I honestly would not go back to the usual all-inclusive package resort holidays. Palazzo Di P specialise in taking care of the details so you don't have to. It's a family owned business and their focus is insuring that you have the best experience possible,believe me they will do everything necessary to make sure that happens. Wedding/family holiday
Booked this villa after speaking to Nikos about having our wedding here. The place did not disappoint. From the moment we got to the villa we was welcomed by Nikos and he’s mother Maria. The villa is about 5 minutes away from the airport which is perfect. Driving up to the villa was totally breathtaking and even better then the pictures which also looked amazing! We was shown around the villa and then Maria brought us all out a Greek buffet of amazing food which was so lovely after travelling for so long. The spinach and feta pie was so good and Maria kindly made us another during our stay, some homemade biscuits and the most amazing Greek pudding! If you did fancy a takeaway Nikos was there to order it for us due to the language barrier! The pizzas are insane and massive! My wedding day was amazing all thanks to Nikos! I had been speaking to him all year and he was always there to help with anything that cropped up. Everything from the DJ, Greek buffet, Greek dancers and bar team was out of this world and they all really made the wedding incredible. The wedding was so personal and exactly what we wanted. I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else! My guests described the wedding as one of the best they had ever been too! We all had the best holiday ever and can not wait to return! We all had a tear in our eyes leaving. Thank you so much Nikos and Maria! You at amazing hosts and we will be back ❤️

Luxury with warmest hospitality
We are returning guests of Palazzo Di P and as usual we had the most pleasant time on the island someone may have. The villa is a place where you can find everything a person may dream of when on holiday: welcome drinks and fruit, lovely, warm-hearted host family who are always at your disposal whatever your request or question is and who surprise you with excellent traditional Greek dinner or the island’s best icecream after your ramble on this marvelous island and moreover, everything in Zakynthos is within a stone’s throw from the villa while you can enjoy peacefullness in the spacious house and its huge and beautiful garden. I loved to read and relax on the sofa next to the pool. Children are also welcome and loved in this luxurious villa which I can offer with all my heart. Thank you Maria and Nikos for everything.

Zante is among the 5 most popular islands in Greece.
The island has an international airport "Zakynthos International Airport, Dionysios Solomos" or "ZTH". However the distance from othens is 300km and a ferry travel (1hr).
Athens International Airport "ATH" is located 320km from Killini port from which you can take the ferry to Zakynthos. Furthermore during summer there are many domestivc flights connecting Athens to Zakynthos.
