Featuring a cool and calming historic center 2-bedroom apartment, this property sleeps up to 8 and is ideal for families with small children, or groups of friends who want to be close to it all.

When it comes to sightseeing, this is as central as it gets. With the city’s famous archaeological park just a block away – home to the Acropolis, Ancient Agora, and Keramikos Cemetery – you couldn’t be better placed.
The charming pedestrian streets are a walker's delight. With history all around, you can trace the footsteps of ancient scholars and explore thousands of years of culture without needing a car.
To satisfy more modern tastes, you’re close to the live music venues of bohemian Psirri and Gazi, surrounding the old Athens gasworks, where former warehouses are now home to hipster bars, nightclubs, and galleries.
There are plenty of restaurants, tavernas, bakeries, and tourist shops around. Yet the Athens Heritage House, in the middle of it all, feels secluded and just a bit magical. As you sip your morning coffee or evening’s ouzo in the garden, you’ll forget you’re in the dead center of Athens.

Two bedrooms are located in the main house; one with a Queen bed and the second with two twins, making the Heritage House ideal for families traveling with children. If only a couple is staying, the doors between the two bedrooms can be opened to create a spacious suite.
There is a powder room (WC/half bath, no shower) adjacent to the bedrooms. The full-sized bathroom, just off the living room, features a glass enclosed walk-in shower and separate, characterful antique clawfoot tub – imagine unwinding here in the bubbles with organic Greek bath products and a glass of local wine after a busy day of sightseeing.
A doorway from the living area leads to a glass covered shady patio for access to our Garden Studio. This semi detached studio - the third bedroom, has a cozy Queen bed and full bath with shower. The perfect hideaway for parents of teens, sandwich generation couples traveling with mom and dad and the kids.
EASY LIVING
As with our other Greek Vacation Rentals, you can count on the convenience of an eat-in kitchen with modern appliances and seating for 6, plus that rare Athens find - a full-sized washing machine and dryer.
The vibe here is charming and traditional, with polished wood and tile floors, high ceilings, and pops of color in the jewel-tone linens. Throw open the door and welcome the cool breeze from your private garden patio (a blessing during a hot Greek summer).
