ROOMS WITH (OUTDOOR) VIEWS
Beta Penthouse comes with a city-view balcony, perfect for starting the day with an alfresco coffee. In the evening, head up to the roof terrace, shared only with our AlphaPlus Penthouse next door, and enjoy the shimmer of moonlight on rooftops with glass of wine in hand; or enjoy a special meal under the stars, thanks to the handy gas BBQ grill and plentiful outdoor seating.
For larger groups, Beta and AlphaPlus can be rented together as a spacious duplex, giving you exclusive access to the landscaped rooftop terrace. Wine tasting and catered breakfasts can also be arranged. Ask us for details!

We have 3 bedrooms that sleep 8, with 2 more guests accommodated on the sofa bed. Two bedrooms have Queen and twin-sized beds, making them ideal for families with small kids. The third room, an internal room with air-conditioning and double bed, is a cozy option for the teen who wants privacy.
The two full baths come with all you need to refresh after a day's sightseeing. Each comes furnished with organic Greek bath products and fluffy robes. One bathroom has a hydro-massage walk-in shower, while the second features an American-style combo of jetted tub and hydro-massage shower.

We don't usually offer stays of less than 3 nights unless combined with a longer stay at the other end of your trip. Occasionally we have a hole to fill between 2 other bookings, in which we will offer you 2 nights. You can book & pay online but you will still need to sign our guest online guest form & provide a list of guest names & ages along with a major credit card in lie of a cash damage deposit. Note that online reservation deposit payments are non-refundable.
