Garage, swimming pool shared by three houses. The maintenance of the pool is automatic. 3 times cleaning /24h. The water passes throught UV/Chloro/Argillus filter. We provide 24h-7days CCT service for protection. You will need your own wireless internet connection or by a card by yourself. If more than six persons we can accommodate you at the same place.
The house is fully furnished and can be rent for the whole year (price negotiable). Gym machines can be provided. For the activities equipment is not included .e.g. bike.
