The house is located on a hill, which provides breathtaking views over the ocean and onto the Peloponnese across the Kythira strait.
It is built in a large terrace and features a spacious living room area, a dining room, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with bathroom and one independent guestroom with bathroom. The courtyard and the outdoor area have the most charming features as dining area, barbecue, verandas with beautiful all-round views to the sea and the valley, and gardens.
Externally, the building has been built in line with local traditional architectural style, with stones, open wooden ceiling and both sunny and shaded seating areas outside while internally it is fully furnished, ample space within the house and carefully decorated with selected objects.
The house is fully equipped featuring TV, DVD player, free wi-fi internet, i-pod dock station while there is the option of providing house service upon request.The house can be rented as a whole throughout the year for a minimum of seven days and can accommodate up to 6 people.
