This luxury villa provides spacious accommodation for up to six guests.Ideal for anyone looking for a first class detached villa, furnished to a high standard, with its own pool and landscaped gardens. The villa has direct views to the rear to Navarone Bay, and is situated just south of the historic village of Lindos. Ideally placed for anyone with a wedding at St Pauls Bay Lindos
Situated on the eastern coast of Rhodes, the villa sits at the end of two similar detached properties.
At Lindos there are 3 beaches and a great choice of tourist shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. Pefkos has numerous beaches, restaurants, bars and shops.
Within 10 - 20 minutes drive of the villa there are another 7 glorious beaches ranging from the popular beaches at Pefkos to the quiet and relaxing coves of Agathi and Glystra. The bays at Haraki and Kalathos and Vlicha also have long uncrowded beaches.
The villa is well placed for visiting other areas of the beautiful island of Rhodes, such as Rhodes town, with the choice of the new town which has many designer shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, cinemas or the medieval walled Old Town. Rhodes town is approximately a 45 minute drive north from Lindos and on the way you will pass areas such as the old traditional village of Archangelos, the quiet 3 beach resort of Kolymbia, another traditional village – Afantou, the resort of Faliraki with its beautiful beach and the Kalithea area which has the incredible restored spa. There are also many places of interest to the south of the island from Lindos and also through the middle of the island across to the western coastal resorts.
Ideal for all who wish to visit the beautiful island of Rhodes and share some of its 300 days of sunshine each year. In particular those seeking high class accommodation close to the stunning village of Lindos. For family wedding guests Villa Martina and its neighbour Villa Christina can provide accommodation for everyone to be close by.
The villa is situated just off the road from Lindos to Pefkos and sits in the Navarone Bay (Psaltos ) area. It is only a 5 minute drive to the beautiful village of Lindos to the north and 5 minutes drive south to reach the popular resort of Pefkos.There are local buses running frequently to the north and the south. A car is however recommended to enable guests to make the most of their stay. In Lindos and Pefkos there are a large variety of shops including a pharmacy, bakers, bank, post office and small supermarkets. The villa is in a fairly central position on the island so it is possible to visit all the main tourist attraction easily from this base.
Villa Martina is a private villa located in the Navarone Bay area just a few minutes south of Lindos village. The villa has its own private pool and landscaped gardens.
The main entrance door opens into the open hall area, leading into the lounge, which has patio doors out to the pool and rear garden and views across the bay.
To the right is the dining area and beautifully fitted kitchen which also has hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
To the left of the lounge is a downstairs cloakroom and a small utilty room. From the lounge, stairs lead up to the first floor which has 3 bedrooms all with an outside patio area and to the main bathroom.
The villa has air conditioning units in the lounge and all bedrooms.
All the bedrooms have wardrobe/drawer storage for guests clothes and belongings. The main bedroom has a large double bed. The other two bedrooms both have one bed which can be classed as a large single or small double. These would be suitable for two children to share but possibly not for two reasonable sized adults. The main bedroom is very spacious and can accommodate a cot or extra ‘Z’ bed easily.
The ground floor bathroom has w.c. and hand basin. The first floor bathroom has w.c., hand basin and corner bath.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. Or if children are sharing the small double beds and Z beds are used it could suit a party of up to 8.
No all male or female young groups are allowed.
The private swimming pool is kidney shaped and is fully surrounded by the garden area, which enables guests to maximize their enjoyment around the pool. Max size 6mt X 5mt x 1.2mt
