Upon booking there is a 25% deposit payment to be made and the full amount is payable 8 weeks before arrival. For late bookings full amount to be paid before arrival. Payment to be made either by cheque or via Bank transfer.
There is a £300.00 refundable security bond that will be charged and paid at the same time as the final amount. The Management Team will carry out an inspection of the villa after you have left and will inform us of damages that may be caused during your stay at the villa, we will then deduct the costs of the damages from the Security bond and return any refund accordingly.
The rates are per week for a maximum of 8 people, additional people will be charged at £180.00 per person. Children under 2 go free.
