It provides everything one is seeking during a vacation. From the front door, there is direct access to a spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area. An American style fridge/freezer is available with chilled water and ice maker. A dishwasher and electric fan oven with five ring gas hob. Kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. Outside, pizza oven and Taverna style barbecue. The living area is comfy with TV, DVD player, open fireplace, sound system and stereo radio. Double doors access to a big terrace facing the swimming and the sea. Enough seating and spacious dining table.
The main terrace offers shadow during summer months. The beach is just two minutes away. Downstairs, three double bedrooms (one leading off the bedrooms suitable for kids) and a large family bathroom with toilet, shower and bath. Upstairs, a beautiful double bedded room with en suite shower, wash basin and toilet. A balcony with beautiful sea views. The double doors lead to a terrace overlooking sea and mountain. There is a spacious 1.6 square meter garden with trees, flowers and local herbs.
