Situated in the south-eastern part of the island the villa forms part of a small development built in 2011 with high architectural standards. Perched on the slopes of the hill overlooking Kalafatis Bay it enjoys stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the island of Naxos.
Cozy interiors and spacious outdoor areas by the pool create a relaxed ambiance, while beautiful sandy beaches are only a few minutes’ drive away.
Constructed exclusively with Mykonian rock the villa is perfectly integrated in the landscape and as it faces south it is protected from the ‘meltemi’, the strong north summer wind of the Cyclades. Built in a part of the island that is less developed, it enjoys peaceful surroundings and vicinity to less crowded beaches, while Mykonos town with its bars, shops, restaurants and vivid nightlife is only a twenty-minute drive away.
Mykonos Villa Muses I unfolds in three levels. In the ground level there is a spacious sitting area with fireplace, a dining area for eight guests and an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances.
The sitting area, elegantly decorated with wooden furniture pieces and handpicked decorative objects, opens up to a large pergola-shaded dining area where you can dine al fresco enjoying amazing sea views.
The upper level features two bedrooms: one large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms offer spectacular sea views. The lower level hosts one large twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom with independent entrance and a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms afford front sea views.
Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and in the living room. The upper level bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
The sitting area, elegantly decorated with wooden furniture pieces and handpicked decorative objects, opens up to a large pergola-shaded dining area where you can dine al fresco enjoying the sea views. The pool terrace with sun beds, shower and shaded lounge area, is perfect for lingering during all times of the day or night.
The setting is complemented by a verdant garden surrounding the property, featuring Mediterranean plants and herbs, as well as big olive trees.
