The house is situated on a 4,000 m2 land plot surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The view is amazing.
The area in question is a 70 m2 apartment, which is fully-equipped, comprising of a lounge area, 40m2 kitchen, bathroom, Tv, two bedrooms with wardrobes and double beds as well as an extra bed in the lounge area. There is a refrigerator, stove, kitchen appliances in the kitchen area and a washing machine in the bathroom. The bedrooms have spectacular views.
Note: The residence has two levels and we are referring to the first/ground floor with the yard.
