On the first floor the house has one master bedroom as well as a large atelier that can be used as a spacious living area or as a bedroom for upto 4 persons. The Atelier has a double bed (160x200cm) and a very comfortable designer sofa- bed (150x200cm). Additionally the house has two modern bathrooms with underfloor heating, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor.
On the ground floor there is a very well equipped kitchen with underfloor heating. The kitchen has direct access to a south facing stone terrace perfect for al fresco dining. Additionally there is a living-room with comfortable seating as well as a dining room with a lovely antique dining table on the ground floor. The house has been renovated with antiques as well as modern designer furniture and according to very high eco-friendly standards.
