That is what you will find in Labeaume, an authentic house built in natural stone with all items of modern comfort, located on a plateau above the Ardèche, with a magnificent view, in the quiet and very peaceful town of Les Lauzières, 4km away from the picturesque Labeaume and 4.5km from the touristic town of Ruoms.
The ground floor comprises 2 bedrooms (1x2p., 2x1p.) and a toilet with a sink and a bidet.
On the first floor, you will find a well-fitted kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave…), a sitting area with a convertible bed (2p) a fireplace (insert) and a dining area. Spacious bathroom with a bathtub/shower, sink, toilet, and a shower room with a sink. Separate toilet. Baby cot, baby chair. Large terrace with a delightful view of the olive orchards and the garrigue.
Mosquito screens on all the windows.
The private swimming pool (9x4m) is open from June 1st to September 30th. It is surrounded by a large terrace. On the porch, there is a large stone table and a barbecue. This is a delightful place to enjoy a good book, a lovely drink or a delicious barbecue. Private parking for 3 cars. Internet wifi.
