The property is made up of over 160ha of wonderful vegetation in a fully-respected natural setting. The villas are all private in the midst of this magnificent nature harbouring pine and oak trees. These villas have been constructed using typical Bormes-Les-Mimosas natural stone, which offers a distinct harmony to the whole setting. During July and August there are many sports facilities and a small supermarket.
Plein Ciel is a beautiful and spacious home, located on top of a hill (24 steps lead to the villa), and there you feel on top of the world! The house offers an indescribable sea-view from all sides.
Plein Ciel is made up of a spacious and pleasant living room (fireplace) that gives onto a lovely spacious terrace. Access through sliding windows that are along the side of the house. The separate kitchen is beautiful and well-fitted (dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven). Next to the living room there is a bedroom (1x2p) with its bathroom. At the back of the house you will find another terrace and a small garden, also offering a view of the sea.
On the lower floor, there are 3 bedrooms (2x1p, 2x1p, 2x1p) that all have access to the terrace, garden and swimming pool. Bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. 2 separate toilets. Child cot and high chair are available. Wifi internet.
The private swimming pool (4x9m- heated from april till october) is in the garden, surrounded by a terrace with sea-view. Sufficient garden furniture.
