Built on a 3-hectare plot of land, in an idyllic setting at the foot of the famous red rock. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable, it can welcome a family of 6 (children over 8 years old). Pets are not allowed and outdoor smoking only. A magnificent property with many possibilities!
Ground floor:
The living area is comfortable and very pleasant, offering a large fireplace and a TV. The dining room can receive up to 6 to 8 people and communicates with the open kitchen which is Provençal style, including all the necessary utensils and apparatus. The washing machine is in the garage. Next to the living room, there is a spacious and air-conditioned room, a billiards or ping-pong table, Wi-Fi for Internet access, TV with a few foreign channels (CNN, BBC,).
The night area offers 2 bedrooms:
The master bedroom is spacious and opens onto the garden on the swimming pool side, it has a large bed (160x200), a fan, a shower room with a large walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a dressing room; The 2nd bedroom opens onto the other side of the garden, it has a small terrace and offers a large bed (160x200), a fan, a large cupboard, a shower room with a walk-in shower and a toilet.
On the first floor:
The third bedroom is very spacious (70m²) and has a bed (140x200), a sitting area, air-conditioning, a shower room with a large walk-in shower and a toilet.
Outdoors:
At the back of the house looking into the indoor living room and billiards room, you will find a small terrace with a covered Jacuzzi which is locked for security.
At the front of the villa and adjoining to the kitchen and living room, there is a large covered terrace, with a gas barbecue, a large table for 6-8 people and a very pleasant sitting area where you can enjoy the fabulous view of the ramous rock, of the hill and of the field of olive trees. Further on from this terrace you will find a teak terrace around the heated private swimming pool (9x4m), covered by means of an electric shutter which is in compliance with the latest security norms. 4 lovely long chairs and parasols will allow for wonderful moments of relaxation. You can also enjoy the beautiful garden filled with flowers and a large space where you have a jeu de boules. A large private parking for many cars is at your disposal.
