It is a really charming and welcoming house which can accommodate up to 10 people. It is situated in the centre of the island, about 1.5km away from the harbour of Joinville and 1.4km away from the Sabias beach (route de la Tonnelle n°51). There is a big garden offering a great deal of space, ideal for families with children. The house is very comfortable with a very cozy interior.
On the ground floor:
- 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, one of which has a toilet, a separate toilet
- an open kitchen
- a furnished living room, a sitting room and a dining room
- a veranda with a barbecue and windows that open onto the garden
- a cellar with the washing machines a second fridge
- separate toilet
- a terrace with a view of the garden which is surrounded by wood;
- on the first floor, a bedroom and a bathroom (+toilet)
