Both the living room, the kitchen and a bedroom giving immediate access to a very nice covered patio with fireplace that serves as a barbecue, where it is lovely to stay with a drink and a snack. There is a wonderful beautiful garden, which was 4000m2 landscaped with beautiful lavender, white oak, ... by a renowned landscape architect. 10000m2 its vineyards. Petanque.
