There is a private fenced pool (5x10m - 1.5 to 2 m deep) with terraces and shade. Furnished pool house (fridge / freezer, gas cooker, coffee maker) with shower room and toilet. This cottage offers a very nice, neat and cozy interior.
The property comprises:
* Hall with toilet
* A staircase leads into a spacious, very nicely decorated living room that opens onto a terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
* There is a well equipped American kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave , ...).
* A storage with dryer.
* 1 shower room with two sinks and a toilet.
* 4 very nice and well appointed bedrooms (180 cm, 160 cm, 160 cm, 1x1p).
Facilities: Swing for children. Illuminated petanque (4x12m). Barbecue. Enclosed garden with parking and garage.
Lou Mas di Margot is very typical and an ideal opportunity to come in a beautiful setting and relax away from the crowds and noise. You can book for 7 people. with a supplement of 100 euros / week. Just a very nice and typical Provençal residence!
