Les Pins Tranquilles is very quiet and yet it is only a short distance from Cannes’ lively center. The corner apartment is on the fourth floor (lift) and is entirely surrounded by terraces. You can enjoy a phenomenal view of the city of Cannes and the surrounding hills. During the day, you can enjoy the wonderful view and the divine terrace. In the evenings, the view becomes absolutely magical as the city lights up after dark. The bedrooms also enjoy fantastic views, not just the living room.
The apartment comprises a brand new fully-fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave,...) with a flat screen TV. The L-shaped living room is very spacious and has delightful fittings with a flat screen TV, an iPod box, a CD player and a radio. All the furniture and decoration is harmonious and well looked after. The living room with its dining room has immediate access to the terrace.
The terrace has more than the necessary garden furniture, allowing you to enjoy a good book or a delicious meal facing the lovely view.
