Large house from the middle of the eighteenth century, with thick walls (80 cm) of stone, recently restored, listed in the prefecture, 150 m swimming (photo 1) in the river Chassezac which is accessible by road pedestrianized country.
Beautiful courtyard (patio) covered with vaults (ph.) And above, large old terrace (55 m2) in partial shade (ph.), Walk-in with the housing (ph.) And equipped for meals . Inside, the old stones have been highlighted (ph.), The rooms are large dimensions and ceiling height (photos).

The house is built on three racks.
At level 0 (photo shot 11), the old and extensive overhaul was transformed into a large room annex (photo 4) a bit rustic (with bathroom) with 6 single beds and a folding bed. This piece is widely used in the summer because it's the coolest.
Besides there is a utility room with washing machine.
These two rooms open to the same level a courtyard, closed and covered a carriage door arches (photo 5). The corner opposite the schedule is occupied by the large stone staircase (photo 5) which leads to the terrace on level 1.
At level 1 (photo plane 12.) the large living room (photos 6 and 7), the kitchen and a small room (photo 8) open walk-out terrace on the top of the arches. This beautiful old terrace (50 sqm, photos 9 and 10), is equipped with outdoor furniture for 15 people. It is the center of life of the household, very nice and very busy; the morning sun, partial shade at noon. We enjoy the view of the nearby castle, children are playing, there is food. With a good night lighting it spends beautiful evenings (presupposing to lower her voice after 23 hours to meet the usual calm of the village). If it rains (rare) outdoor furniture can be returned to the living room.
At Level 2, three bedrooms (11,12,13,14 photos and 15) with bathroom.
Note that bedroom 2 has a sink but unlike other, no staff toilet. For the night a slop bucket is available.
Note also the great ceiling height (3 m.)
All levels 1 and 2 has 10 beds including 1 bunk bed room 1 bed and 1 pull-c. 4 (+ 2 children beds).
The house is equipped and can be offered as a whole for 15 people maximum, or without the Annex for 10 people.
