VILLA very CENTRAL.. with PANORAMIC SEA VIEWS ! Heated Pool. Parking.
This lovely 4 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms 3 Toilets villa is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime. Situated very close by walking from the city center and the beach, you will enjoy to not use the car (as traffic is high from May to October, and parking sought) to reach the shopping district very typical : traditional restaurants, bars sidewalk cafés, food trades, groceries, bakeries, glaciers, old market.. This quarter is a lively and pedestrianized area.
Villa completely refurbished this year, designed by an architect, very bright and spacious, decorated with all modern convenience, and it sleeps 8 people. The interior is comfortable.. with notably new and high-standard bedding.
This villa has also a Heated swimming pool (+ many deck chairs) and a large terrace for dining outside or enjoying the amazing unobstructed sea views. The other views from inside the house are incredible too. Its location is really a major asset : imagine that you will be at less than 20 meters from the sea. :)
The pool (9.20 x 4.20 m) is illuminated by evening and secured by a shutter. It offers a perfect view on the sea and the village of Saint-Tropez!
Optional paying service : The pool can be heated on request, for a temperature (from April 1 to October 30) at 28 °C. The pool can NOT be heated from November 1 until January 30. Details : For the months of April, May and June ; then September and October : an additional cost of 50 Euros per week is required (payment by cash upon arrival) to cover the consumption generated by the heat pump. For the months of July and August = No extra cost, for a water at 28 °C !
All is very modern and thought to give high standard confort : beddings, linen and towels, showers and hot water, kitchen & household appliances, all furniture and deckchairs, air conditioning or heating (controlled thermostat in each room, quiet system), indoor and outdoor lighting, etc...
Access to the sea : protected marine site in front of the house = swimming, snorkeling, and paddle possible (swimming shoes recommended for rocks).
First sandy beach within walking distance : about 5 minutes.
Access to Saint -Tropez : by shuttle transport (green boats) 24/24 hour and 7/7 day in summer. This port is at less than 7 minutes on foot from the villa.
