The house is stunning.
The house is stunning. We used it as home base for 4 days while we traveled throughout Provance. We loved being able to walk into Gordes and enjoying a coffee while admiring the views each morning.

House is very clean, very comfortable, and the views from every room are amazing. The location is perfect, 2 min walk to the main square, and most of the other villages are under 30min drive.

In the heart of Gordes, almost on the top of the hill, but off the beaten path, overlooking the valley up to the Alpilles, south facing village house renovated in 2001 and 2018.
You will see the most beautiful sunrises and the most serene sunsets in Provence (See pictures).
The house of about 119 sqm is built on 3 levels with a lush terrace, 5 people jacuzzi and private parking for 3 cars and amazing views over the Luberon and the valley.
The house is supper bright and "light".
2 minute walk to centre ville.

On the ground floor: open plan equipped kitchen with direct access to a conservatory of 10 sqm used as the dining room, library area, lounge with fireplace (38 sqm)
stone and uniform floor to the ground floor. A cellar carved into the rock with a sink, toilet, laundry area. In the extension of the living room, a 30 sqm terrace.
On the 1st floor: master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, toilet, wardrobes, landing used as an office area.
On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms both with ensuite shower room, toilet and wardrobe, storage space and a door on the North hand side to access the village by foot.
Outdoor area: terrace with a 5 people jacuzzi, parking area located in front of the house for 2 cars and a motorcycle, and on the path a private parking for one car.
Facilities: city water, mains drainage, electric heating system, air conditioning, wifi, cable TV, bring your own streaming player.
Lovely house quietly situated away from the center of the village, in a calm little street with stunning views, within a walking distance from the centre ville and all Gordes attractions.
Home of the Festival de Gordes - plein air theater located directly above the house.

4. Theater Festival in Avignon. 30 min drive
5. Pierre Cardin Festival in his village de Lacoste - Marquis de Sad Château de Lacoste (15 min drive)
6. Antique market in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. 20 min drive
7. Local weekend food market in Coustellet. 5 min drive
