Boasting private swimming pool 11 by 5 metres secured with an electric curtain, kitchen garden, orchard, full air conditioning, satellite TV, internet, phone and music system L' Escaladieu Bastide near the charming village of Viens , can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
All bedrooms and the living/dining area have air conditioning which can cool or heat as required.
The ground floor has also under floor heating. The ground floor has one bedroom with two single beds , upstair there are two further bedrooms, one with a large double bed and ensuite bathroom with outdoor terrace and great views over the Luberon hills, the other has a double bed with ensuite shower and WC opposite.
In addition there is a large Library with a double Sofabed
Baby cot is provided with linen
All Linen and towels are provided ( Egyptian Cotton) ,Pool towels are provided as well.
