The villa is divided into two fully equipped self-contained apartments, so can be taken together or separately. One apartment sleeping 6 and the other 4. There is a beautiful garden with barbecue and dining area. A pool house with w.c. shower, sink and changing room. There are French doors leading to a large 70sq. mtr sun terrace with loungers, sofas, dining for 10 people and stunning sea views.

Electricity the final Clean and Pool maintenance are included in the rental price.

Three of the bathrooms have a wc. and there is also a separate wc. Each floor has its own spacious living and dining area. There are terraces at each level with sofas, armchairs, dining tables and chairs. Two fully equipped kitchens, each with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 4 plate hob, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker as well as all the usual appliances.
