A large front terrace off the kitchen and salon is ideal for lunching or entertaining.
Upstairs there is one master bedroom en-suite, two bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom and two other bedrooms which share a large bathroom. A children's room is equipped with a cot and two children's beds. The middle level consists of a very spacious salon, guest bathroom, fully equipped modern kitchen dining room. The lower level has 3 further bedrooms, one en-suite and two sharing a bathroom.
There is satellite TV with a full english language package including movie and children's channels. The pool, which is not overlooked by an other villas and is therefore totally private, is protected by a removable fence. There is wifi and a secure alarm, including an exterior perimeter alarm.
The property is 15 km from Nice Cote d Azur airport, 10 km from Monaco. It is a 10 minute walk on foot to Beaulieu and Villefranche village.
