Make everything on foot, leave your car in the garage! A large lounge with a beautiful rotunda on the sea, overlooking a large terrace, and a bedroom and the kitchen. All large rooms also have a view of the sea. You take your meals with a view of Cannes, on the boats and on the Italian mountains. A second terrace is open at the rear of the house. A large garden with many Mediterranean species, thousand odors. A bowling green in the garden for lovers. With private access to the beach, you take your business suite and you're in the water in 5 minutes. There are also several restaurants just down the house. In addition, Cannes is only 10 km for those wishing to enjoy the city too. The hinterland, just behind the villa is beautiful, wild and slightly built, with numerous walks possible.
