Separate office with sleeping capacity for 2 people (convertible couch). The kitchen is well-fitted (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave). The washing machine is in the laundry room. There are 4 bedrooms (1x2p., 1x2p., 1x2p., 1x2p). One room has its adjoining shower room. Separate bathroom with a family bathtub.
The Roman swimming-pool (11x5m – lit) is beautifully set in the garden, a midst many palm trees and flowery bushes. Near the swimming-pool there is a pool house with a barbecue and an oven. More than the necessary garden furniture has been foreseen. Cooked dinner for the guests upon request in the evenings.
