This apartment is our home for 50% of the year, and hence comes with many extras not usually found in a vacation apartment. East south-east facing, gentle climate and clear sky all the year long. French doors in living, kitchen and bedroom onto a large balcony with a further table and seating for two people in a lovely flowered corner. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed. Comfortable seating for 5 people in the lounge area, two armchairs one large double sofa-bed (queen-size too), dining area with extending table seating 6-10 people, a large sideboard and glass cupboard, workstation with PC. Separate kitchen with a dining table and three chairs, fully-equipped with plenty of cooking equipment, a fridge freezer, fully integrate dishwasher, oven and cooker, microwave and electric kettle. A modern bathroom with shower over. Separate toilet. Bus stop right outside the apartment.
