You can enjoy a 180° view, with Menton on the left and Italy further on, and the open sea to the right. The villa is very comfortably fitted and offers a lovely and well-tended interior. The beach is about 100m away.
The villa comprises a well-fitted separate kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing-machine) and a delightful living room (TV) with a convertible couch for 2 people of outstanding quality. The living room has sliding windows leading out to the balcony and spacious terrace with long chairs and garden furniture in abundance. The view from there is fabulous and it is a wonderful place to relax. On this floor, there are 2 bedrooms (160cm, 160cm). One bedroom has an adjoining bathroom (bathtub+shower+toilet). The other bedroom has a small bathroom with a bathtub.
On the lower floor there is a studio with an open kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine,...). Sleeping space for 4 people (2x1p, built-in bed). The space foreseen for the 2 beds can be separated thanks to a sliding door. Bathroom with a bathtub and shower. This studio can be rented at an extra cost of 1/3 of the rental price. Garage for 2 small cars+parking (2 cars).
