* A spacious and typical Provençal cosy living room (75m²) with a dining area and a sitting room offering a fireplace (TV)

* 1 bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet and sink
* Separate toilet.
The house has an enormous private garden with a very big park (10,000m²) with a walking path through the woods and a fountain and a pond. Beautiful private swimming pool (8x3.5m) with a pool house. This holiday house offers a very comfortable and an exceptionally pleasant stay. Couderic is warm and cosy, therefore also ideal to rent in winter. A paradise for children.
