long the house, facing the South-East, you will enjoy the very nice private overflow swimming-pool (12 x 6 m). It is secured by an electric shutter, and heated from April to October (depending on the weather).
The garden and swimming-pool area are equipped with nice teakwood or Batyline furniture.
The house is a 35 minutes drive from the Avignon TGV station or from the highway exit "Avignon South".

Living room with two double French windows : one with a wonderful view one the Luberon and the village of Roussillon, and one opening on to a sunny south facing terrace overlooking Bonnieux and Lacoste.
It is equipped with TV, Hi-fi and a DVD player.
Wooden stairs lead to the mezzanine : open, low-ceilinged office with a computer point, a phone (internet connection) and fax ; there's a double bed too (1.40 x 2 m).
THE KITCHEN
The very well equipped kitchen looks onto a pinewood through a large picture window, and a French window leads to the main terrace. It can be opened to the living-room due to a sliding door.
Equipment : American refrigerator with freezer, oven, induction hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, and various appliances such as cheese fondue, stone grill, toaster, coffee-machine, cookery books, kettle...

The Main bedroom looks onto the Luberon, Lacoste, Bonnieux.
