The villa is in the heart of nature, it is very quiet and calm, and offers an amazing view. In the typical Provençal garden you will find the big swimming pool, the pétanque alley, and a large covered terrace with a barbecue. There is an outdoor bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink by the swimming pool.
This ground-floor villa comprises :
* an entrance hall fitted with cupboards, a separate toilet with a sink
* a very pleasant living room with a fireplace and a beautiful sitting room and a spacious mezzanine. Delightful view of the garden
* a large and well-fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, cooker,…). From the kitchen you have direct access to a covered terrace with a view of the swimming pool
* laundry room with a washing machine
* 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed of 150 cm has its own dressing room and bathroom (bathtub, shower, sink and toilet). The 2 other rooms with each 2 single beds (80x185 cm) have their own shower room with a sink and one bedroom with a single bed (80x200 cm) with own shower and sink.

An outdoor staircase leads to a studio with a small kitchen (cooker, fridge), a living room (clic-clac for 2 persons) , 1 bedroom (1x2p) and a shower room with sink and toilet.
