Common to the three bedrooms, covered with grass, decorated with rock and wooded areas, a beautiful hilly garden offers views of Mount Battle, the sea and Cap Ferrat: a great place to hang out, read and nap in shadow or a drink in peace.

Moving with family, friends, colleagues? We just need to open the common hallway to our three apartments, and you are gathered up to 6 or 8 people in ground garden villa. Studio 1 and Studio 2 each have a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with stone floor and walk in shower, and excellent beds 140 and 160 cm. You may enjoy a seating area, a larger kitchen and a bedroom with a bed of 160 cm (and, if necessary, a sofa bed equipped with a real quality mattress can be provided).
