This beautiful village house consists of nine rooms, decorated and furnished with taste : on the ground floor, you will find a dining room, an open well equiped kitchen and its pantry, a living room with fireplace, as well as two bedrooms with double beds (one with a view on vineyards and sunset, and the other one with a private access to the garden), a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and another toilet. On the first floor, you will find another living room with TV and internet access, as well as three bedrooms with double beds(one with a view on the vineyards, the others with a view on the garden), three bathrooms with shower and three toilets.
The kitchen is equiped with a hotplate, a sink, on ove, a microwave and an american fridge. Of course we will provide you with all the tableware and accessories necessary for ten people. At the back of the kitchen is located a pantry where you can store food and a washing machine.
Outside the house, you will enjoy a beautiful garden, a big terrace with a plancha, a big dining table and a sunshade, as well as a pool (secured with an electric shutter) and deckchairs. You will also enjoy our summer living room, open on the garden, where you will be able to play pool.
We are happy to share with you this family house we love very much. In return, we expect you to take great care of it and to respect it. A security deposit of 4000 euros will be asked in order to compensate for the potential damage that could be caused, and especially concerning the pool and its shutter, the billard table (any tear on the table will require to replace it with a new one), as well as the furniture and the equipments provided.
In the case objects or appliances would be damaged or lost, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible and at the latest, on the day you leave, so that we can find a solution together.
We are sorry but we don’t accept animals in the house.
This house is non smoking area : please feel free to smole outside in the garden. We also ask you to pick up your butts and not to throw them in the garden.
It is possible to park two cars in the garden, in the dedicated area, but it is strictly forbidden to drive in the rest of the garden. If you need to park more than two cars, feel free to use the parking of the school, located just near the house, which is free and available during summer vacation.
This house is located in Provence, in the very nice village of Faucon, on top of the vineyards and near Mont Ventoux. You will find en excellent bakery and very good restaurants less than 5 minutes away by feet. The village is located near everything you need : 6 minutes away by car from a big supermarket and 10 minutes away from the heart of Vaison la Romaine, a very nice and lively town with lots of shops, restaurants and activities (you can gallo roman ruins, the cathedral, the medieval town, etc.).
The surrounding area is amazing and we will enjoy lots of activities : wine tasting in Gigondas, Sablet, Seguret, etc ; a walk in Mont Ventoux or in the Dentelles de Montmiral ; many festivals and concerts, etc… We will share our good addresses with you if you need some !
