Very nice people surrounding us. Somebody is taking care of the Garden and the swimming pool. I offer a cleaning lady Once a week. There 2 beautiful Golf courses very closed to us (less than 5 minutes by car). Parking is available in the house.
I don't want more than 2 people in the house and no children and no animals. I would like to rent my house from November 15th till April 15th. I can't rent less than 3 months.
I have a car on the spot, we can discuss about the car concerning the insurance during your stay. Down town is 5 minutes from the house; I am asking 5000 Euros a month,and if you want the car, it will be another price. There is also air conditioning.
