Villa Sleeps8Bedrooms4Bathrooms4Minimum Stay2 nightsMas des Oiseaux is located in a country setting on the edge of a quiet road, in a 3000m²-park. Huge sycamore trees give well-appreciated shade during the summer. It is 10 minutes away from Saint Remy de Provence and 10 minutes away from Avignon.
The swimming pool (5x10m) is protected by a removable fence for the children’s security and it is surrounded by pink oleanders. At the far end of the garden there is another little house (65m²) offering every element of comfort for a couple that wishes to be somewhat isolated. It also offers a large 2500m²-garden. The entrance gives onto a large living room with a big glass window, which brightens the entire space. There is a large old fireplace for the fresh spring and autumn evenings (there is of course heating in every room). At the far end of this living room you will find the guest toilet with a sink and a cloakroom.
The kitchen is on the right and it is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher). A laundry-room is next to the kitchen with a washing machine and a dryer. An arch leads to the dining room which boasts of old beams. To the left of the living room there is an extra room (1x1p) then a large bedroom opening onto the garden though a large bay window, a dressing room, a big bathroom (bathtub, separate shower, two sinks and a closed toilet). Between the living room and the kitchen an old stone staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms:
- One bedroom (160cm) with a dressing room and a bathroom (bathtub, separate shower, a sink and closed toilet);
- One bedroom (2x90cm) with a toilet (marble shower and sink)
- One large bedroom (160cm) with a dressing room and a bathroom (bathtub, separate shower, marble sink, and toilet)
In the garden, there are tables, chairs and deckchairs around the swimming pool. House linen is available as well as towels for the swimming pool. 3 hours of cleaning per week are included. Other services are available upon request, such as cleaning, cooking, baby-sitting, etc.
