It comprises:
On the ground floor (air-conditioning):
* A large living room with a partitioned 3-m sliding glass door
* A dining room
* A well-fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, ...) as well as a cellar and a big garage.
* 3 bedrooms (1x2p., 1x2p., 2x1p.) one of which is a master suite with a dressing room and a bathroom (sink, shower and toilet). The 3 bedrooms on the ground floor have double sliding windows that lead out to the garden.
* Bathroom and separate toilet.
On the first floor:
To the left there is a staircase that leads to the other master suite (1x2p) which has a large bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom (double sink, toilet and shower).
There is a small terrace in front of the 2 southward bedrooms, one large terrace in front of the living room and a large covered terrace (canopy) at the front and next to the kitchen.
The ground floor, staircase and terraces all have travel tine flooring in the living areas and terraces.
All the rooms as well as the covered terrace are equipped with a computer system.
The water boiler is thermodynamic, meaning it heats thanks to a heat pump and it contains 300 liters.
The wrought-iron gate and the garage door are automatic.
