Just 10 mins drive from the A10 motorway and the market town of Mirambeau. Available for extremely affordable yet comfortable holidays. This is a particularly wonderful place for bikers to stay as everything (including towels & bedding) is provided for our guests at no additional charge, meaning that you don't need to worry about bringing everything with you.. just yourselves, your toiletries and a change of clothes or two. This is a ground floor gite meaning that it is suitable for disabled or elderly people however please note that there is a step down to the kitchen therefore this is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users. Free WiFi makes this an ideal retreat for those that want to get away yet need to keep on top of work/stay in touch with friends & family.
Lounge: 16’ x 9’ with stone “insert” fireplace& tiled floor. Exit to kitchen, bedroom 1 & garden. Double-glazed window to garden.
Bedroom 1: 16’ x 9’ carpeted double bedroom with King-size bed and large chest of drawers. Exit to lounge & bedroom 2. Double-glazed window to garden.
Bedroom 2: 16’ x 8’ double bedroom with twin beds. Painted stone floor with large built-in wooden wardrobe. Exit to bedroom 1 & hallway. Double-glazed window to garden.
Bathroom (leading off hallway): with shower unit & sink in vanity unit. Tiled floor. Frosted window.

Kitchen: 14’ x 10’ red-tiled floor with new pine kitchen units. Doors leading to lounge & hallway, with double-glazed door leading to side street. Window facing road.
Garden / land: the cottage boasts approximately quarter of an acre of land which is a good-sized plot with scenic views over the rolling countryside. Ample off-road parking is available for our guests.

The gite is a short drive to the Gironde Estuary and beautiful excursions such as Port de Vitrezay and a short 40 minutes or so drive to the sandy beaches of St Georges de Didonne and Meschers (near Royan). Please see the photos for a few ideas of the aread. The maps in our photo gallery show you where all of these places of interest are in relation to Mirambeau which is a 10 mins drive from the house.
