Two spacious, fully renovated and well equipped gites are offered - Lilly & Rose - named for our parents. While the gites offer every modern convenience, they retain the charm of their origins, for example with exposed beams and oak wooden floors.
Each gite is capable of accommodating up to 6 guests and cots can be provided for our younger visitors. The bedrooms are each 'en-suite' with modern shower rooms. While the area offers a wide range of restaurants - you could eat out at a different location each day if you wanted to - the gites also have fully fitted kitchens and are equipped with everything you will need if you prefer to take advantage of our marvellous local produce and prepare your meals at home.
The sitting areas are both well equipped and comfortable. Here we have tried to create a 'home from home' atmosphere - living spaces where you can relax and enjoy your time here, regardless of the season. All bed linen and towels are provided. No need to load your car down with sheets and pillowcases - important perhaps on the return journey if you find that you want to take some of the excellent local wines back with you to remind you of your stay. Even in the shower rooms care has been given to detail. Each is fully equipped and additions such as combined radiator/towel driers are in place to ensure as much comfort as possible.
The gites are situated in ten hectares of land. The countryside is ideal for cycling and walking. Adjoining woodland provides further opportunity perhaps to appreciate the deer, wild boar and numerous birds of prey of our region. Each gite has its own private patio and barbecue area, there is also a lawn for sunbathing - garden furniture - including the sun loungers, is of course provided. You might also enjoy an outdoor game of table tennis. There are swings for our younger guests.
