A modern style apartment, in a stone building of the end of XIX. All the people who came were astonished of the spaces and of the impression of quitness. From the windows you can have a look on the swimming pool, on the garden and on the BBQs.
The kitchen belongs to the main room. A configuration that allows discussion between those preparing the meal and those who are recovering from their day in the sun or walk in the area. The top of the range kitchen includes, big fridge/freezer, electric oven and stove and dishwasher, etc.
Two bedrooms come furnished with luxurious double beds. The third which is a children's room has bunk beds for children or teenagers and can accept if necessary a third bed. There is also a double quality double convertible in the main room. There is one bathroom with toilets and in one of the bedrooms, one shower room. Fully equipped separate the apartment has a shared laundry (between two apartments) and also, an additionnal and separate toilet. Access to the private garden, to the fenced pool, to the courtyard garden, and to the game room and fitness.
Situated at middle place on the slopes of "Cordes sur Ciel", you are in a quiet place with few people around, in a big garden with fruit trees, at 5 mn foot from the center of the old town and, chiefly with a private parking very useful during summer.
