"Belle Vue". 2 bedroom, traditional, local stone built gite with well fenced and secured rear garden facing over a wooded valley and countryside. All shops, restaurants and bars are within very easy walking distance. The best beaches are about 40 minutes drive away. St Malo is about 60 minutes away.

Bedroom 1 with double bed. TV with Freeview satellite box. DVD player
Bedroom 2 family room with bunk bed and two single beds. Monitor with DVD player and Play Station 2. 5 in 1 games table.
Living Rooms:
Living area with comfortable double size sofa bed.
Bathrooms:
Main bathroom on 1st floor has a bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.
Ground floor shower room with WC and hand basin.
Kitchen:
Very well equipped kitchen. Electric cooker, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, iron, kettle, coffee maker, electric whisk.
Utility Room:
Washing machine.
Living Rooms:
Typically French open plan. Areas encompassing kitchen, dining and relaxing.
Comfortable settee/double size sofa bed.
Television with Free view Satellite box. DVD and video players.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Hand towels and tea cloths are supplied but not personal towels. All bedding and linen is supplied + bath mats, hand towels & tea towels.
The property is cleaned every week on changeover day (Saturday).

The rear garden is well fenced and secured. The area is terraced and has several areas of different levels. There is a decking area with table sun umbrella and chairs. There is also a large purpose built barbecue. There is a small sand pit and paddling pool. Off street parking for one vehicle.
