Surface is about 370 M2, with a closed garden of 1600 M2. From the house there is a beautiful view of the sea shore. The beach is only at 100 meters, with no street to cross.
On the first floor ( 170 M2 ):
-big veranda: giving to the garden, with canape and arm chairs, table, and a place to play cards. Giving to the kitchen, and to the ping-pong room.
-Ping-pong room: large room to play ping-pong, or to dance at night.
-ling-room: big room with dining table on one side, and canapes around the fier place. It faces the sea side, with a terrece outside.
-library room: Nice room to watch television and DVD. Lot of games and puzzles.
-kitchen: two ovens, micro-oven, 6 fires plate, two refrigerators, coffee makers, tea pots, robots etc.
-bath room and toilets
Second floor:
4 bed rooms, one with a queen size, 3 with regular bed ( 140 cm), bathroom and toilets
Third floor:
