This comfortable and well equipped 1 bedroomed apartment is just a few minutes walk from the centre of Perpignan with all of its shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, galleries, historical buildings an open air markets there for you to enjoy. The bus and train stations are literally a couple of minutes away too, making it easy for you to enjoy reliable and inexpensive public transport.
The apartment is situated in a small residential building in a quiet location and is on the second floor. The front door takes you immediately into the small lobby and from there you have a well equipped separate kitchen with an entrance on to the terrace. Next to that is a separate toilet and across from that is your living room/diner. The comfortable 3 seat sofa also converts in to a bed should there be an extra guest or two and there is a separate chair for that 4th person. There is a television which has French chanels and a few English ones if needed, there is also a small radio/cd hi-fi unit. There is a small dining table and 4 chairs for use when not eating out. The sliding patio doors lead out on to the south facing small terrace where there is a smaller table and a couple of chairs for enjoying breakfast, lunch or an evening meal. Whilst there is a building opposite, it does not over look the terrace or in to the apartment.
The shower room which has a large walk in shower, wash basin with shelving and extractor fan is located next to the bedroom. This has a very comfortable double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelving.
The whole apartment is double glazed and has gas central heating throughout for early, late or even winter visits and can be booked throughout the year from a minimum of 3 nights to 6 months from October to May.
The great location means that you are pretty close to everything you want. All the facilities and pleasure of a lovely city are on your door step, the blue waters of the Mediterranean are less than 10 miles away and you can still go for a days ski if you wish. Also the fantastic TGV rail system means that you can go to Barcelona for the day if you wish.
